Here's what's in it for you
For years, people have quietly sent business our way and gotten nothing but a thank-you. We finally fixed that. Now there are two ways to get paid:
Monthly Retainers → 10%

Refer someone who signs a monthly retainer, and you earn 10% of it for their first three months.
One-Time Projects → 5%
One-Time Projects → 5%
Refer a cleanup, audit, or setup, and you earn a flat 5% of the total project cost, paid the moment their invoice clears.
Knock it off your own invoice as an Invoice Credit if you're a client, or take it as a Direct Cash/Wire Payout if you're a partner or friend of the firm.

We kept the rules simple, but here they are in full so there are no surprises:
What counts: A genuinely new client. Someone who hasn't already been in our pipeline in the last six months.
When you get paid: After your referral's invoice clears, with no refunds or chargebacks pending. Nobody gets paid until we do.
Retainer timing: Take it across their first three months, or as one lump sum after month three your call at signup.
Intro window: An introduction stays valid for 90 days.
One catch: You can't refer your own company or a business you own.
No limit: Refer as many as you like. (Refer five that sign, and we'll throw in an extra $150 as a thank you.)
Taxes & Compliance: Cash and wire payouts may be taxable income in your local jurisdiction. External referrers handle their own taxes, and we may ask for a quick tax form (W-9 for US residents, W-8BEN for non-US residents) before sending your payout.
Changes: We may update or wind down the program with 30 days' notice, but anything already in motion will always be honored.
